Today, the switch between stations is effort based. If the group at sprint starts is working as hard as they can, they will do less sprint starts.
If there is one member of the group trying to coast, they will do more sprint starts. On call of “SWITCH”, hustle from one station to the other and immediately begin work.
*Our sprint start begins with chest on the ground in the bottom of our pushup position. On call of “GO!”, explode to your feet and sprint.
Lastly, a congratulations is in order- the group managed to accumulate 10 partially full water bottles faster than we EVER could have imagined. Nice job. Your reward is coming…
