Group Fitness Training
Group training sessions are:
Monday 12pm, 6pm
Tuesday 12pm, 6pm
Wednesday 12pm, 6pm
Thursday 12pm, 6pm
Friday 12pm, 6pm
Saturday 10am, 11am (self defense), 12pm
Additional times will be added as demand dictates, so if you are looking for a different time slot, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you.
Private Fitness Training
Private fitness training by appointment: Contact us.
Private Martial Arts Training
Wolf Brigade Gym also offers 1-on-1 and small group private training in grappling, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and self defense to civilians, LEO, & military.

Greg, I have trained with you a couple times. I work with Wally. Anyway, I was wondering if you had shirts with the wolf on it or just had shirts with your logo? I would like to get one if possible. Thanks

hello i am a mixed martial artist and have been looking for a strength and conditioning coach. i was wondering what kind of program you would be able to set me up with i have a muay thai fight in rochester and need a s&c coach to give me that extra mile i need for the fight. thank you for your time . cory smith

I was looking into maybe joining your gym in the near future. I found out about you guys through a couple bouncers I work with at Dubland Underground. I was just wondering what the gym membership fee was?
