556 is pleased to present for our quarterly training session, “Fight
Fitness”. Greg Walsh of the Wolf Brigade Gym will introduce the
concepts of functional fitness that will sharpen both the mind and the
body to enable you to survive the fight of our lives. Not only will
this session focus on fight fitness, but it will provide fitness for
overall health and well being, utilizing varied and unique equipment.
After the instruction of several techniques, there will be an optional
workout.
